The only drawback we noticed was how pricey the services are. However, we feel that when it comes to your teeth, you shouldn’t cheapen out, especially if the quality is assured.

If you want to play it safe and go to a trusted clinic, then Ferrari Orthodontics is the one for you. Not only does it offer amazing services, but it has one of the best customer services in the city of Dallas.

The first thing customers talk about when discussing the clinic is its cleanliness. The facility and equipment on their own are all top-notch and well-maintained, in addition to the staff wearing masks and regularly disinfecting.

As for the installation of the braces, it’s painless, comfortable, and quick. One customer we talked to mentioned that they didn’t feel any discomfort during the installation process and the succeeding adjustments.

And as we mentioned, the customer service is excellent. Rarely do customers have to go out of their way to follow up on their appointments, as the staff themselves reach out to their patients to remind them.

We had the chance to talk to a couple of its patients and they all gave the braces’ installation high praise. They mentioned how comfortable and painless it was, in addition to how comforting and gentle the dentist was.

The clinic not only offers orthodontic-related services, but it also has treatment, maintenance, and oral surgery.

In addition, the fact that it’s open on Saturdays is an amazing perk. Though the hours are shorter, just having the option to get your dental checkups done during the weekend is great for adults.

And while we didn’t get the chance to visit the clinic, we did manage to talk to its customer service. The staff we spoke to was professional and polite, answering all our questions regarding their practice.

While we had the staff on the call, we asked them how about their health and safety protocols. They mentioned they clean the clinic and the equipment before and after every patient.

One downside to Walnut Central Orthodontics is the steep price point. The services it offers are up there in terms of price, and some can argue it’s a tad expensive.

Overall, we highly recommend the clinic. It’s expensive, sure, but the quality and effort the staff puts in make it worth every penny.
