Granted, their services aren’t the cheapest around. However, they often have discounts that make the costs more bearable for clients. 

Getting in touch with the company was a little tricky at the beginning. Their landline was always busy so we had to resort to writing them an email. 

They replied within the day to confirm our booking. The next day, we drove to their location. 

It was fairly easy to find and parking was also available. We felt comfortable and welcomed inside the salon – plus, everything looked so clean and organized. 

We were glad to find out that their staff got training from industry-leading institutions regularly. This meant they were well-versed with even the most recent innovations in the hair styling world. 

The first thing you need to know about this company is that their stylists are all private contractors. In other words, service costs will vary depending on who you get to style your hair.

We highly recommend you call ahead to verify pricing with the company. That way you won’t get surprised by the bill in the end, like we were. 

We spent a little over $70 for a simple haircut and another $100 for hair dye. Luckily, the stylist we got seemed to be highly skilled at what they did. 

So, we thought the bill was well-deserved. 

They made the whole experience comfortable and fun. Plus, they really captured the image that we were aiming at for our haircut. 

From our observations, we learned that each stylist regularly undergoes retraining to catch up with new trends and styles. This put our nerves at ease and made us feel more confident about this salon’s services. 

All their staff were really nice and welcoming. However, the receptionist didn’t seem to know a lot about the services that they offered at the salon. 

If you want information about different treatments, it would be best to ask your stylist directly during your sessions. 

This salon isn’t the best place for people with curly or wavy hair. If you want to get a fresh do for the upcoming season, we recommend considering other places, like House of Dear Hair Salon which we mentioned earlier. 

The company has a cancellation fee that varies between stylists. So, for those who want to book an appointment with this salon, make sure to come on time. 

You’ve probably seen Voss Salon being endorsed by dozens of influencers online. This is because they have an influencer program that people are completely free to join – so long as you have enough followers.

Since Voss Salon seemed to be super popular with people nowadays, we decided to give them a try. The results were good overall; however, there were some aspects of the experience that we found a little underwhelming. 

For one, we booked an appointment with a different stylist than the one that ended up doing our hair. The first one didn’t know how to do the style that we were hoping for, so they had to reassign us to a different stylist. 

Although we appreciate them being upfront about their weaknesses, all this would have been avoided if they just got regular training. 

We let the whole situation slide, however, since the stylist that we were reassigned to was really good with their hands. They gave us what we wanted exactly – one could even say that they made the design look even better than the pictures. 

We also appreciate how accommodating the entire staff was to our needs. They made us feel welcomed and pampered – especially after the whole debacle with the other stylist. 

Prices are slightly on the expensive end of the spectrum. Depending on who handles your session, prices can be a complete deal or rip off. 

If you’re struggling with dry and damaged hair, this salon is the best place to get treated. They offer a wide variety of services that can help solve hair dryness and damage.

On top of that, their staff are specifically trained to help people find solutions to varying hair issues. 

We are extremely grateful to our hair stylist who evaluated our hair before applying hair dye to it, like we asked. Turns out, there is a specific type of hair dye to use on virgin hair and hair that’s already been dyed before. 

If our stylist hadn’t told us about it, we would have gone in blind and end up damaging our hair further. 

Prices are relatively much cheaper with this provider compared to the others that we’ve mentioned. However, we should warn you that booking an appointment with this company can be tricky. 

Their landline is often unreachable and, according to our surveys of previous clients, their emails are often left unchecked as well. You’ll need to time your calls very carefully to make sure someone is available to pick up for you. 

Location wise, this salon is situated in a nice and friendly neighborhood. Plus, their entire salon looks like a sleek modern museum. 

Sitting in the waiting room for our turn was a complete treat. The interior was clean and all their facilities were organized to the smallest feature.

We almost didn’t recognize this salon when we first paid them a visit. This is because their exterior looks very much like a cafe, not a hair salon. 

Inside you can see rows of well-organized seats where clients sit to get treatments and services. We appreciate how clean the area is and glad to see everyone was doing their part in keeping the place safe.

We were able to do it online via their booking form and it only took an hour before we had our schedule finalized. 

We like how they separate their services into different departments. This makes it much easier for clients to find the right people and treatments.

Aside from this, they also employ an online consultation form which interested clients can readily access online along with other products for the easy acquisition and access of clients.

Note though that they do not offer free consultations and walk-ins to which clients may need to book an appointment beforehand to ensure that the whole treatment is well-accommodated.
