Caters to various kinds of events and social gatherings
Offers a lot of food options for each customizable package
Partners up with several beautiful venues
Very efficient from preparation to cleaning up after
Some staff in the past have been unsanitary during events
Some choices of sandwiches and wraps were occasionally low in quality
If you’re looking for catering services that certainly think outside the box, then Beyond the Box Catering may just be the perfect one for your event.
We think it’s not your run-of-the-mill catering service, as its taste and style reflect only those that have accumulated a ton of culinary expertise over the years.
Whether it’s for a wedding or a corporate dinner party, Beyond the Box has an impressive array of customizable packages to fit anyone’s palate.
Its pre-packaged meals also seem to be a good choice for those that simply want the convenience of delivery while still receiving professionally-made meals.
So for all requests big and small, we think you can definitely count on its services all the same. Because of the amount of food to choose from, you’ll see more than just a few meals that’ll match the preferences of your friends and family members.
We quite like the variation between its breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. All of them are unique to one another, and yet unmistakably have the taste of Beyond the Box.
This speaks volumes about just how much it has put its signature to its dishes. It’s probably the reason it’s one of the most trusted caterers of several beautiful venues in Dallas that it has been partnering with for years.
You can also expect its staff members to be very efficient all throughout the entire event that they’re assigned to.
Though some staff has shown unsanitary practices in the past, we haven’t heard of another case like this in more recent times.
If we were to point out flaws in the food itself, then it would have to be some of its sandwiches and wraps that were occasionally subpar in taste and texture.

Versatile and tasteful in its selection of cuisines
Provides a detailed list of customizable food items for each menu
Offers beautiful furniture, glassware, and linen rentals
Team performance is consistent all throughout events
Seems less obligated to accept smaller group caterings
Occasionally lacks timely communication
When you’re in need of a caterer with a solid reputation all throughout, then Priceless Caterings should be in your event plans.
With its versatile and tasteful selection of cuisines, you can easily opt for a grand feast to accompany any party you’ll be having.
Regardless of the selection, we think you’ll also definitely have a party in your tummy (the good kind) after every delicious bite.
This is partly thanks to its detailed list of customizable food items that just about covers every single space in the food pyramid.
Quite funnily, it takes several scrolls of the mouse just to make it to the very bottom of this list. That should give you an idea of just how much there is in store for your event food-wise.
Other than the food itself, Priceless Caterings’ item rentals are also worth briefly going over.
With beautiful furniture pieces, glassware, and linens available, it’s about as prepared as you can get for any kind of special event.
We’re also glad to hear that its team consistently works harmoniously throughout all events, which further solidifies why it’s one of the top caterers around.
But alas, there are also some things about it that may tell you to not book its services.
We’ve noticed that when it comes to smaller group caterings, it doesn’t look that interested or obligated in taking them compared to bigger events.
It’s rather unfair treatment towards prospective clients, and it certainly doesn’t make it as “versatile” as the kind of food that it offers.
It also occasionally lacks timely communication, which is probably telling of the number of clients with big events that it chooses to cater to.
No matter how big or small the event may be, we believe there should be equal opportunity for everyone to enjoy delicious and professionally-made food, period.
FAQs about Catering Services
How far in advance should I book or order catering services?
It will depend on the type of event that you have and even the week or month of the event itself. As with other event-related services, there can definitely be peak seasons and off-seasons.
For bigger events such as weddings, you should be searching for and talking to a catering service as early as 6 months to 1 year in advance.
For more simple dinner gatherings, though, most catering services often require at least a 24-hour notice period.
Do caterers offer free taste testing?
Not every catering service would include taste testing in their packages, in general. But for those that do offer taste testing, some commonly charge if you don’t end up choosing them for your event.
There are also some caterers that don’t charge for their standard menu but do for any customized options that you request.
Do catering services accommodate dietary restrictions?
Any good caterer will ask clients about any possible dietary restrictions early on in the planning stage.
Whether it’s regarding peanut and shellfish allergies or vegan and pescatarian diets, the best full-service caterers will have an option available for every possible restriction.
is why variety in food options is very important for any catering service, as this ensures every guest at your event will have an equally-satisfying experience with the food.
What happens to the catering leftovers?
One caterer’s policy about leftovers may differ from another, and it can also depend on just how much food is left.
Some caterers give clients a chance to decide whether it should be kept and taken home or just be disposed of properly. Other catering services, however, are a lot more strict when it comes to leftovers.
They may refuse to give clients the leftovers and would simply dispose of them as soon as possible due to possible contamination.
