They’re the first company we found that offered a 30-day warranty on parts. Warranties are important because they protect you from buying faulty auto parts that would cost you more money in the end, so we’re big on them. 

We found it very easy to access their company inventory too. Everything is carefully laid out in their website and is regularly updated by their staff. 

So, you don’t even have to make the trip to their physical location unless it’s to inspect and pick up the part you want. We really liked that convenience.

Bill Jones Auto Parts & Perez Used Cars, Inc. is a great place to get used cars and salvaged parts. They’ve been in business for over 20 years and are popular for their great products that come with a lengthy 90-day warranty. 

If something you bought from them within that time period stops working, you’re entitled to a refund or replacement – depending on what you and the owner agree on. 

Salvage yards aren’t always known for their customer service. In our experience, almost everyone encounters a horrible salvage yard employee that’s rude or condescending.

Their customer service is not exactly the best. Not only do their employees have a tendency of calling people names in their feedback forum but they also put you on hold for long periods while you’re on the phone with them.

A piece of advice for the management? You should train your employees to treat your clients better to avoid unsatisfactory ratings and loss of sales.
