Pros
- Located in a commercial district
- Gated parking garage
- 24/7 concierge and maintenance
- Great amenities
- Unique unit layouts
Cons
- The area can get busy
- Traffic from the nearby stadium can be heavy
- Units are a bit pricey
Glass House by Windsor is a great apartment complex that’ll fit any person’s needs. One thing that we really like about it is the uniqueness of each unit — each layout can suit any type of tenant.
Safety isn’t an issue with the complex’s controlled community access and gated vehicle entry. Gates for the residential parking garage can only be accessed through remote control.
The surrounding area is a bustling city center, which is great for any young professional. Located just a couple of blocks away is the American Airlines Center, home of the Dallas Mavericks.
Since there are a lot of hotels in the vicinity, many restaurants, clubs, and bars can also be found there.
That being said, the area can get busy, with a sports stadium and bustling nightlife all in one place. Traffic from the stadium can get heavy after events, which makes it quite a hassle to reach the complex.
Residents who frequent the indoors will also have a lot to do in Glass House.
Available to reserve are conference and media rooms. The rooftop also includes a Skydeck, a lounge, and a bar for residents to socialize and relax.
They can also work out in the apartment’s fitness center with its state-of-the-art equipment.
The apartment is managed around the clock with its 24-hour concierge. Residents will also be able to use the apartment’s 24-hour dry cleaning pick-up service.
Also, should a problem occur in the unit, like broken pipes, emergency maintenance can be scheduled within the day. All of these make it feel like the Glass House is more hotel-like.
While the apartment’s price range can be a bit too steep, this is all in proportion to its great location, amenities, and unique room design. We recommend this apartment for single young professionals.

Pros
- Quiet neighborhood
- Near a lot of parks
- Perfect for young couples
- Many amenities
Cons
- Only a few units left
- Pool availability can vary from time to time
The SYNC is in one of the more relaxed neighborhoods in Dallas, taking cues from the independent Bishop Arts district in its vicinity.
Future residents can get the best of both worlds as the area surrounding SYNC is for those looking to escape the bustle of city life while still being close to it.
The neighborhood is home to locally-owned coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques. Parks like Trinity and Stevens Park are open for the occasional picnic.
Unit layouts are varied, so residents can choose which one suits them best. Each unit is sleek and modern, perfect for any young couple looking to settle down.
While the rent is definitely in the mid-range, one downside is that there are only a few units left. We recommend those interested in the complex book a viewing as soon as possible.
Future residents will be pleased to know that the apartment complex has a lot of amenities. No modern apartment is complete without a swimming pool and gym.
Private cabanas with an outdoor grill are just beside the swimming pool for residents to use. The gym itself is CrossFit inspired and comes with a yoga room.
While the use of the pool and cabanas are highly encouraged, some residents have complained that their availability suddenly changes from time to time with no clear schedule.
On a brighter note, we also really appreciate how the management lets residents socialize with one another. Activities are regularly held, letting you get to know your neighbors.
SYNC is also pet friendly, welcoming all cats and dogs of all breeds and sizes. In addition, the apartment complex has a dog park and washing station.
According to many residents, management has been overwhelmingly positive. Many of them note the friendliness of the staff who are also super responsive to any queries.
They have done an amazing job with maintaining the apartment units and are usually one call away.
With a relaxed neighborhood full of character, the SYNC at West Dallas is a great place for the quieter crowd. Its mid-range price is well worth the pretty penny with its many amenities, stellar management, and great location.

Those looking for a quieter time away from the city should look no further than the Greenhouse Villas. It is located in the historic neighborhood of Lakehouse, east of downtown Dallas.
Despite being a bit further away from the downtown area, the neighborhood is filled with trendy shops and locally-owned cafes. It has a bustling nightlife of its own, completely different from downtown Dallas.
The apartment complex is very unique in that it puts more focus on units with a more rustic feel. This may be off-putting for those who want something more modern.
The Greenhouse Villas prides itself on its courtyard made for relaxation and socializing with the community. It features a swimming pool, a lounge area, and a fireplace for cold nights.
A grill is also located near the swimming pool alongside a common dining area.
Residents can take advantage of the 24-concierge and laundry area. Also, in case any emergencies occur, they can call for emergency maintenance at any time.
Not only is this apartment complex located in one of the safest districts in Dallas, but it also takes extra steps in ensuring that residents have a comfortable yet safe stay.
There are 24-hour surveillance cameras constantly monitoring the vicinity, as well as night patrols. Of course, the parking garage is completely gated and secured.

Cedar Springs itself is well-known for its vibrant nightlife with lots of bars and restaurants dotted around the area. Of course, the Brady also has its own lounges by the pool for residents to socialize.

One downside to the apartments is the lack of visitor parking. In fact, many residents have felt the lack of policies regarding visitors.
