5 Best Wedding Dress Shops in Dallas with Gowns Worth Swooning Over

  • Expertise: We chose shops where the consultants truly know bridal trends, fit, and fabrics, making sure every bride finds her dream gown.
  • Customer Service: We prioritized boutiques with friendly and attentive staff. They should go the extra mile by providing perks like complimentary champagne, private fitting rooms, or styling advice.
  • Variety: Shops with a wide range of styles, sizes, and designers were chosen so every bride can explore multiple options without compromise.
  • Value for Money: We looked for shops offering fair pricing, transparent policies, and quality gowns that justify the investment.

When my cousin asked me for help finding her wedding dress, her plan was simple: just hit the mall. I immediately said no—shopping for her dream dress deserves more than a quick stroll through a few stores.

So, of course, I researched the best options in Dallas and mapped out a game plan.

Fast forward to her big day, and there she was, wearing the most beautiful gown I’ve ever seen. She was literally glowing with joy!

If you’re also looking for your “Say Yes to the Dress” moment, I already did the legwork. Here are the only Dallas wedding dress shops that are worth visiting.

Damele Bridal is a small, family-owned shop in North Dallas that has made a name for itself as a premier destination for brides.

They’re an authorized retailer for favorites like Sophia Tolli, Jimme Huang, Martin Thornburg, and their exclusive Poppy Renae Private Line. We love their range of sizes, from 8 to 28, which truly welcomes every bride.

Looking for something unique? They offer custom gown options, too, via their designers, and you can make changes using their own seamstresses.

While you’ll find gowns under $5,000, their sweet spot is around $1,400 to $2,500.

To start your dream dress, simply book an appointment, and the whole boutique is yours for the duration of your schedule. Of course, this means walk-ins aren’t really an option, so you’ll need to plan ahead.

Pros

  • Authorized retailer for big-name brands
  • Offers custom gown options
  • Carries sizes 8 to 28
  • Wide range of prices
  • Private bridal shopping appointment

Cons

  • No walk-ins

Out of all the DFW bridal shops I went to, this is the best one

“I went to this bridal store after going to several with my friends and mom. I ended up going alone, and I’m glad I did! Candice is super sweet, and I love that you get the store to yourself! Out of all the bridal shops I went to in the DFW, this is about the best one; there’s a large selection of dresses, and Candice was very helpful along the way. Will forever recommend this to any bride out there looking for their dream dress!” — Angiee Melchor, Google Review

Went to bigger shops, and she was hands down just the best

“Candice and her shop are just amazing! We went to other, bigger shops, and she was hands down just the best. Beautiful selection of gowns, and she always had multiple on deck to try on. She really listened to your input, and the next gown was always chosen based on your feedback from the last one. I found the perfect dress with her!” — Katherine Haas, Google Review

G&G Bridal is owned by a husband-and-wife team, Keith and Sarah. Both of them had great-grandmothers named Grace, hence the boutique’s name.

This intimate atelier looks like a Parisian chateau. It’s drop-dead gorgeous, with all-white interiors, oversized mirrors, and crystal chandeliers.

Brides can enjoy four private dressing suites—Gardenia, Daisy, Dahlia, and Peony—each can hold up to six friends or family members without feeling cramped. As a bonus, they offer champagne for you and your crew to sip on.

You’ll even have a personal stylist, who will help you navigate their designer gown collection, from Casablanca, Madi Lane, and Julie Vino to their own private label. And they have something for every type of bride—romantic, classic, modern, and boho.

One thing to note is that appointments are required for all visits, so spontaneous drop-ins aren’t possible.

Hands down the best bridal experience I’ve ever had!!

“Hands down the best bridal experience I’ve ever had!! I was extremely nervous. I’m a bride on a budget. We got engaged and are getting married in 3 months-so a super short timeline! They matched me with the most wonderful bridal assistant (a million thanks and hugs to Payton), who made me feel comfortable. She’s also a Disney girl just like I am, and we were able to connect over the sweetest fun times we’ve shared at our favorite places! Payton offered helpful advice, helped me get my dress the same day in my size, watched my budget, all while making the whole process fun and seamless. She even got me extra discounts on my dress for completely unnoticeable imperfections. I had tried on dozens of dresses before Brilliant Bridal. Here, they listened and matched me with 4 beautiful dresses that were better than I could have ever imagined. The last one made me feel beautiful, whimsical, and magical (not normal reactions for a plus-size girl dress shopping), and I knew it was meant to be my dress! I cannot say enough good things about them! I guarantee they will treat you lovingly, kindly, and make dress shopping fun!” — Brandy Chandler, Google Review
