Dr. Matthew Yaeger, MD, FAAP has over 20 years of medical experience. He started practicing pediatrics in 1995 to provide children and their parents with high-quality healthcare. 

He is one of the founding fathers of Pediatricians of Dallas, where his primary clinic is located. He also volunteers at the North Dallas Shared Ministries Clinic regularly.

Based on our evaluations, Dr. Matthew is incredibly gifted with children. He knows how to handle them and how to soothe their fears about clinics. 

On top of that, he’s handled hundreds of special needs cases. Making him a great choice for parents with special needs kids. 

He accepts insurance from most of the major providers in Dallas. However, he also accepts some policies from smaller providers. 

Besides being a full-time doctor, Dr. Matthew also teaches aspiring medical students the way of his craft. This shows us his dedication and perseverance to reach his goals. 

It can be a little difficult to book Dr. Matthew for a visit. He has a long list of regular patients; thus, scheduling a visit with him may take some time. 

It’s best to contact the clinic a week or two before your desired date to secure your slot. 

Dr. Ewe G. Goh has been practicing pediatrics for decades, making him one of the most qualified doctors on this list. 

He’s a staff member of both Children’s Medical Center and Methodist Hospital. He also sits on two committee boards with the prior institution.

In our experience, Dr. Goh is quite an attentive physician. 

He listens to your problems before proceeding with his evaluation. He also takes the time to explain conditions, treatments, and procedures to parents.

We also appreciate how he makes an effort to connect with his patients. 

Based on our evaluation, children in his care experience comfortable and fear-free services. Parents adore Dr. Goh and recommend him for every pediatric need including immunizations, wellness checks, and more. 

Another great thing that customers seem to love about Dr. Goh is that he never fails to make follow-up calls to his patients.

Follow-ups are incredibly important, especially for complex cases. It’s the only way a doctor can gauge whether or not a patient’s treatment is working. 

Dr. Goh accepts most major insurance plans. Still, we recommend calling ahead of your appointment to verify your insurance plan’s eligibility.

We’ve talked to a couple of parents who were disappointed that Dr. Goh wouldn’t accept insurance. Thus, it’s best to know before your visit so you can look for a different doctor. 

While Dr. Donza Rogers, MD might not have been in the industry the longest, many parents admire her for the level of care and professionalism she displays in her services. 

She specializes in ADHD treatment as well as other special needs cases. This makes her the perfect person to approach for assistance for special needs patients. 

We appreciate how accessible her clinic is to both commuters and private vehicle drivers. On top of that, we admire how clean and organized their facilities are. 

Dr. Donza’s clinic accepts most major insurance plans. They also have a few minor partners on their list. 

Looking for a pediatric clinic that accepts same-day sick visits? Dr. Donza also provides this service, as well as after-hours nurse triage. 

All that said, there are a couple of things that clients didn’t agree with from this clinic. 

For instance, one of our survey participants says that their request for a prescription refill was refused by Dr. Donza, despite it being necessary for their son’s treatment. This tells us that Dr. Donza may not be familiar with all of her patients’ prescriptions.

Dr. Damien Mitchell has an impressive history of excellence and expertise. He graduated summa cum laude from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and was chief resident from 2008 to 2009 at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. 

Many of the parents that we talked to admire the way Dr. Mitchell could instantly connect with their babies. He’s patient in his explanations about treatments and procedures – he’s also caring and attentive toward the well-being of his patients.

Insurance is accepted at his clinic; unfortunately, the number of plans that they accept is limited. Thus, remember to ask your insurance provider to verify your insurance plan’s eligibility at this clinic. 

Booking an appointment with this clinic is fairly easy. You can do it on their website, through their email, or on the phone. 

We were a little shocked to learn that they have a $25 missed appointment fee and a $200 missed procedure fee. However, it’s understandable considering how expensive equipment and medication can be. 

If you don’t want that extra $200 to be charged on your bill, we highly recommend you show up to your appointments early. 

Dr. Siddiqi specializes in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. She graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine and has been working since 1998. 

She’s currently affiliated with Pediatrics Associates of Dallas as well as the Children’s Health Hospital. 

Based on our evaluation, Dr. Siddiqi seems like a capable doctor. 

She has a concise and comprehensive way of explaining treatment plans to parents. Plus, she has one of the shortest waiting times of any clinic that we’ve seen. 

This leads us to believe that she’s familiar and highly efficient at her job. 

Unfortunately, we are not without flaws – and parents have several complaints about the way Dr. Siddiqi works. 

For instance, some parents complain that she sometimes feels too serious during meetings. Many parents prefer pediatricians who are friendly and interactive with their children. 

Dr. Siddiqi’s professionalism can feel like coldness or indifference to parents in this respect.

On the bright side, the staff at this clinic are amazing at providing their clients with high-quality assistance. We also appreciate how organized, clean, and comfortable their facilities are.
