Pros

  • Big variety in its custom suite designs and architecture
  • Very clean spaces with lots of leisurely features
  • Easy access to a lot of amenities in the Bishop Arts District
  • Staff members are very polite and accommodating

Cons

  • Rentals are only available at per-night rates
  • Sometimes vague when listing specific room features
  • Occasionally has appliances that don’t work properly

If you ever wanted an apartment that gives off that high-end hotel-like vibe, then we think Bishop Arts Loft is the place to be.

Since it’s situated near the Bishop Arts District, we think this is a great location that has easy access to a lot of community amenities.

Operated by Christian Chernock Properties, this beautiful complex is actually marketed as an “Apartment Hotel”.

This explains why it only has per-night rental rates, which means it’s not really something that you can lease in one go.

In spite of that, it can still be relatively similar to the costs of a similar apartment’s monthly rent, if you choose to stay that long.

With that said, you are getting quite a lot for your money because of its big variety in custom suite designs and architecture.

While the biggest of units can cost you upwards of 4 grand in a 30-day stay, options for 1 to 2 people are considerably spacious and competitive in pricing.

Bishop Arts Lofts’ units are generally very clean, which speaks volumes about how thorough its housekeeping is around the clock.

We are still going to deduct a little bit from it due to occasional faulty appliances, though.

That could mean anything from the AC not getting cold, the bathroom heater not getting hot, or the WiFi router not “routing” you to your favorite sites.

The rooms still do have a lot of leisurely features that you don’t usually get in a typical apartment, which include custom veneered cabinets and a TV.

While the staff members are very polite and accommodating, we still wish the management would be a bit less vague when listing specific room features.

Some room features listed on its website are sometimes not included or accurate when you actually see the room in person.

We recommend looking out for discrepancies like this and clarifying them as soon as you can.

Pros

  • Has lots of modern and high-end touches in design
  • Highly customizable floor plans with everyday conveniences
  • Conveniently located near the Victory Park Entertainment District
  • Organizes great community events every now and then

Cons

  • Had past management that was disorganized and hard to contact
  • Not that transparent about extra charges when moving out
  • Larger furnished apartments slightly cost more compared to others

Arpeggio Apartments is the perfect place to call home for those wanting to live life with vibrant themes and lots of things to get you excited.

We think it’s obviously one of those places where you can easily kick back and relax.

But at the same time, this is also a great place for outgoing people as it’s conveniently located near the Victory Park Entertainment District.

If you’ve ever been in the area, then you know just how much there is to see and do due to the downtown lifestyle that it gives.

Going back to the apartment itself, you’re greeted by a ton of customizable floor plans to choose from, and every single one of them is packed with everyday conveniences.

From custom wooden cabinets to a whole stainless-steel appliance package, Arpeggio has a good amount of furnishings just waiting to be used.

Aside from modern and high-end touches implemented in its design, you’ll also find that there are a lot of amenities within the complex to keep you busy.

If you want to exercise, go to its modern fitness center. If you want your dog to exercise (probably you too), then go to its enclosed pet play area.

To add to the fun of living here, Arpeggio’s management even organizes great community events every now and then.

Speaking of management, this is where the first con comes in. While the management is currently doing a good job so far, it’s still fairly new management.

It replaced the prior management that slowly declined in quality of service over time, leading it to become disorganized and hard to contact.

There’s always a chance that this may happen in any management, and we could already see the effects of the former one on the latter’s issuance of random extra charges.

Another downside, especially if you’re looking for a unit for the whole family, is that the larger furnished apartments are slightly more expensive compared to other places.

Pros

  • Includes unique furnishings that are hard to find elsewhere
  • Great resort-like amenities included within the whole complex
  • Both interior and exterior amenities are well-maintained
  • Fairly competitive monthly rental rates

Cons

  • Numerous constructions over the past few months have inconvenienced tenants
  • Prone to security and management issues

For many years and in many locations throughout the US, AMLI has always been a residential brand that’s committed to luxurious and innovative living.

When taking a look at its complex, you’ll be forgiven for thinking that you just walked into some kind of fancy beach resort in the middle of the city.

With the sheer size of the place, you could easily forget about the world beyond its gates and just simply enjoy its own amenities.

As for the units (or townhomes) themselves, there’s an impressive amount of unique furnishings that are quite hard to find elsewhere.

If you’re no stranger to apartment hunting in Dallas, then you know just how few and far between furnished apartments are in general.

This is especially true even for ones containing seemingly mundane things like built-in computer desks and side-by-side refrigerators, both of which AMLI has.

But then again, it only seems mundane if you’re comparing it to a hotel suite.

With its great resort-like amenities, it’s actually not that far off from the vibe of a nice hotel and swimming pool.

You also get things like a 24-hour fitness center and even a nice modern cabana beside the pool area.

Whether we’re talking about the interior or exterior of the whole complex, the common theme is that they’re pretty well-maintained.

In fact, they’re so frequently maintained that there seems to be something going on with construction all the time. This somewhat makes maintenance in this place a double-edged sword.

A lot of tenants have recently been inconvenienced by all of the noise and construction plastic covering the windows.

And despite all the renovation going on, the whole complex is still prone to security and management issues.

Pros

  • Lots of high-end features and state-of-the-art appliances
  • Includes a great entertainment lounge and outdoor grilling area
  • Currently has effective soundproofing installed on its interiors
  • Great location that grants access to lots of shops and restaurants

Cons

  • Frequently changes management in the past few years
  • Occasionally has rude and slow-to-respond staff members
  • 1-bedroom options recently hiked up a lot in rent

One Oak Grove is a great option to consider when you’re looking for furnished apartments in the heart of Uptown Dallas itself.

This is peak city living without spending a mind-boggling amount of one’s life savings on 5-star hotel rooms or penthouse suites, in our opinion.

With the number of high-end features and state-of-the-art appliances at your disposal, you’ll be surprised just how “high-class” One Oak Grove is for an apartment.

It’s by no means the cheapest furnished apartment out there, but it does offer a great balance of comfort and style for what it is.

It’s quite hard to pass on an opportunity like this when you look at all the amenities inside the units and around the complex at your disposal.

You get stuff like granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances by Energy Star, but also have the opportunity to keep up to 2 pets.

We’re not entirely sure about the limit when it comes to goldfishes, though.

On top of that, its interior walls actually have one of the best soundproofing we’ve ever heard (or not heard, in this case) among all of the entries listed here.

If you do like to come out of your comfy and spacious unit, you could try its great entertainment lounge and outdoor grilling area.

And if even that’s not enough, One Oak Grove is conveniently located next to a lot of shops and restaurants around the block.

The main downside of the place lies in the management itself, as it has frequently changed management over the past few years.

Not only does this cause inconsistencies in service, but it also makes it hard to keep track of all sorts of apartment issues. Even some of its current staff members are occasionally rude and slow to respond.

As we’ve also established, it’s not the cheapest furnished apartment out there. Even its 1-bedroom options are becoming significantly expensive due to the recent rent hikes.

Pros

  • Many luxurious and contemporary features included in each floor plan
  • Easy access to a lot of urban amenities in Uptown Dallas
  • Maintenance team is proactive with cleaning and repairs
  • Current concierge is very accommodating and professional

Cons

  • Parking is shared among other businesses and lacks security
  • Sometimes commits inaccuracies in billing

When you want to get a prime example of upscale and furnished living in Uptown Dallas, Miro Apartments presents just the right package for that.

Miro has themes that you would expect from any living space in this kind of area, which include a lot of modern creativity at work.

Each of its floor plans gives you many luxurious and contemporary features to make use of or simply admire.

Its gourmet kitchens and living rooms backdropped by tall windows are a great example of combining such modern features.

Also included in the apartment are a penthouse-level option and a pool area, further proving that this is far from your ordinary apartment building.

Miro’s maintenance team seems to perform excellently around the clock, as they’re quite proactive in cleaning or fixing something before tenants even spot it.

With the amount of comfort you can get here, it’s very easy to drift off into slumber and forget that you’re living in a concrete jungle in its own regard.

For the area that Miro is situated in, though, simply calling it a concrete jungle would mean brushing off a lot of great urban amenities that only Uptown Dallas can offer.

After all, the location is near tons of great hotspots that are pretty trendy among Dallas residents all over.

The current concierge is also very accommodating and professional, but we just wished that they took more care to avoid inaccuracies in billing.

One recent change that a considerable number of tenants commonly complain about is the shared parking.

It used to be a free private parking space that’s now shared with other businesses, leading to a lack of security and, in some unfortunate cases, thefts.

In that case, it is not, by any stretch of the imagination, a favorable change in amenity for anyone currently staying there.
