But I have to let you know that some customers do mention their smaller team can lead to longer waits in busy seasons; however, the precision and care they deliver usually outweigh the delay.

For anyone moving, their concierge-style coordination is a lifesaver—from hiring movers to handling supplies and logistics.

Rates are straightforward: $130 per hour for a two-person team, with additional staff at $40 hourly. Most jobs land between $400 and $1,400, and repeat or multi-day clients often receive discounts.

Still, upfront costs can feel steep for some. A $140 deposit is required to secure a booking, plus a $40 travel fee. It’s worth factoring in if you’re on a tighter budget.
