All that said, the company is not without its own flaws. 

Based on our surveys, previous customers don’t recommend McShan’s flower arrangements for sympathy or funeral orders, in particular.

On top of that, they have some of the most competitive prices we’ve seen on the market. 

If you’re on a budget but still want to surprise your significant other on their birthday, this is the best place to go to get a beautiful flower arrangement. 

We’ve spoken to their manager and are glad to report that their staff are some of the most highly skilled flower arrangers out there. 

They’ve been trained specifically for this job – each one having more than 10 years of experience under their belt. 

Besides competitive prices and professional staff, another thing that we like about Petals and Stems is their area coverage. 

The company can cater to deliveries within Dallas and its surrounding areas. So, if you want to send your friend in another city your well-wishes, this company can make all that come true.

All that said, there are few areas where Petals and Stems Florist could still improve on. 

For instance, their customer service could do with a little makeover. Not only do they take such a long time to respond to inquiries, but one of their customer support reps is also very rude.
