Great location near where a lot of people ride, and for a small shop, they stock a great selection of gear. The repair shop is on-site and everyone there is knowledgable and friendly. I popped in for a quick pedal change on my road bike and they took care of before I finished picking up a new pair of shoes.

I had a great experience at this shop, and with all the employees here. I bough two bikes and got to work with Mike and Jason to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I asked for a few modifications on a mountain bike, and both Mike and Jason were able to locate the parts needed for this build. They’ll absolutely take care of you
got a tune-up on my bike + a new chain. after a few rides, I came in for an adjustment which was free. Very happy to find this shop. I’m new to cycling and was looking for a knowledgeable shop I could trust to help with repairing my dutch bike with several broken spokes. They were courteous on the phone, greeted me when I brought the bike in, gave me an estimate and completed the repairs earlier than expected. Once they took a look at my issue, the gave me a call to recommend several different approaches to fixing the problem. When I got ready to pay, he said not to worry about it
Justin worked on my bike’s crank arm a few months back and the same issue happened again. Turns out the crank arm was covered under warranty, so the seller sent me a new one. I took my bike to Meteor again and Justin put on the new crank arm. When I got ready to pay, he said not to worry about it. He didn’t have to do that, but I can dig it!

Great shop, great prices, and really amazing service
Called around this week to get my new State Bicycle assembled and most bike shops around Dallas/White Rock Lake area were at least a week, if not close to two weeks to get an appointment for service or assembly! With the health crisis, it made sense, but Nate and the team at Playtri were great and they got my bike built in less than 24 hours! Great shop, great prices and really amazing service! The bike specialist made sure I was able to fit and ride comfortably
Best customer service I’ve had in a good while. I bought a bike during a very busy weekend, long story short I was a bit too small for it and I called them the following day to ask if I could exchange it or adjust it they simply replied with bring it by and we’ll look at the situation. Not only did they exchanged it for a better fit but the bike specialist made sure I was able to fit and ride comfortably. I will for sure direct friends and family to this bike shop.
