It would be great if they trained their customer support team to handle client inquiries much better.

That said, we appreciate the punctuality their technician showed during our transaction. He arrived 15 minutes before the appointment and finished the job earlier, too. 

They charged us exactly what they gave us on the quote, which was great. In our experience, estimates usually were short of a few dollars. 

So, it made us feel like they really were there to offer us great service.

Everything was done in record time; plus, the work was clean and organized. We didn’t have to worry about clutter at all. 

Customer support could use a little work. Their landline felt impossible to reach and it took them an entire day to get back to us on our email. 

If they find a way to improve this, their company would be a solid ace.
