High Success Rates – The best personal injury lawyers have more than a handful of successful cases. We included attorneys with some of the highest rates in the city.

Pros

  • Highly regarded in his profession
  • Decades worth of experience
  • Offers services across several states outside of Texas

Cons

  • Expensive
  • Hard to reach over the phone

Allen Stewart offers services for clients in TX, CA, NY, MO, NC, OH, and AZ. He has an impressive success rate and a handful of regular clients.

He’s also received several awards for his outstanding work, including Rising Stars of the Private Bar, Best Lawyers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Top 100 Texas Lawyers, and Dallas Bar Foundation Fellow – among many others.

Based on this information, we thought he’d be a great addition to our list of best personal injury attorneys in the city.

Initial consultations are free. So, you may ask this lawyer as many questions relating to your case as you want.

Don’t worry – Allen is patient and cares a lot about his client’s concerns. Take it from us –  we asked him a ton of questions and he answered each one without hesitation.

His office is in an accessible area. You can drive or take the bus there and you won’t have trouble navigating to it.

The challenge comes when you’re trying to book a consultation. Since his office is quite busy, there may be hours when your call can’t be entertained by the customer support rep.

Our advice: Set up your appointment through their online booking services instead. It’ll take a few hours for them to get back to you.

Yet, at least you won’t have to stand around waiting for someone to answer your call.

In terms of costs, Allen’s services can be a bit expensive.

We’ve received several complaints from Allen’s previous clients during our evaluations.

They appreciate the quality of the work Allen offers; however, they’re disappointed by the number of undisclosed fees they have to pay in the end.

Pros

  • Active in multiple legal associations
  • Over a decade of experience
  • Informative and attentive towards clients
  • Open 24 hours

Cons

  • His schedule can be a little disorganized
  • Late to meetings and calls

Rieker Carsey specializies in vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful deaths, and serious injuries. So, if you’ve been in any car accidents recently, he’s your best bet at getting a settlement.

He trained at Baylor University School of Law and graduated in 2005. He’s also a member of multiple legal associations in Texas, including these:

  • Texas Trial Lawyers Association
  • Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association
  • Dallas County Trial Lawyers Association
  • Tarrant County Bar Association

Based on our research, he has a good history of successful cases. His previous clients who participated in our surveys said that he’s an attentive and sympathetic lawyer.

And we can understand why.

He goes through great lengths to explain how different case processes would go to his clients. Plus, he does what he can to ensure you get the settlement and justice you deserve.

There are some complaints about him being forgetful of meetings. Yet, we doubt it has anything to do about him not caring about his work.

His schedule is often very busy, so his appointments with clients often overlap with each other without him knowing.

It would be great if he found a way to organize his engagements better. This would help serve his clients more efficiently.

He’d also be able to avoid backlash.

Cons

  • Landline is often unavailable

If you’re looking for highly personalized services, Aaron Herbert is a great option. He’s one of the most attentive lawyers we’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far.

Plus, he has a good history of satisfied clients that vouch for his services and work.

The easiest way to contact him is via his website, where he has an appointment form ready for you to fill out at any time. But you may also email or call him to book a meeting.

His office is open 24/7, so you can call to set an appointment at any hour of the day. Although, in our experience, his landline is rarely ever available.

You have a better chance of booking an appointment if you use his online appointment form.

Accessibility wise, the office is quite easy to spot. You can take a car or the bus there – whichever you prefer.

Parking spaces are available; there are also nearby bus stops so you don’t have to walk too far to catch a ride after a consultation.

Pros

  • 50 years of experience
  • Consistent with follow-ups and communication
  • Specializes in various practices outside of personal injury law

Cons

  • Expensive

Robert Thornton has over 50 years of experience in personal injury law. This makes him one of the longest-standing lawyers on our list.

He specializes in business fraud, class action lawsuits, disability claims, and personal injury cases. However, his practice area is much wider than that.

We appreciate his thoroughness in explaining personal injury case procedures. He ensures everyone on the case is on the same page at all times.

This ensures the client gets the high-quality services and treatments they deserve.

His office is located in a fairly accessible area. Getting there was no issue; however, we would have appreciated it if they had more private rooms to conduct evaluations.

Based on our surveys, clients are impressed by how consistent Robert is with his communication.

He makes regular calls to make sure that the client is up to speed with their case. Furthermore, he confirms actions before carrying them out.

His office is closed on weekends, so you’ll have to book your appointment from Monday to Friday.

First consultation is free, so make the most out of it by asking your lawyer everything that you want to know about your case.

You don’t have to pay anything up front. However, servies from Robert can get expensive pretty quickly.

Some clients even say that they end up with less money than they started with. Read your contract carefully before signing on the dotted line.

Pros

  • One of the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 under 40
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Consistent follow-ups

Cons

  • Limited availability

Bridgette Williams is a certified personal injury and criminal defense lawyer. She’s helped clients win over a million dollars in settlements.

She’s also been dubbed a master negotiator for car wreck litigations and personal injury claims.

Her assistant is just wonderful to talk to. They’re polite and patient with all of your questions.

Plus, they make sure that you get the meeting that you need.

Bridgette herself is quite empathetic and attentive. She ensures to cover all bases with her client, to provide them with the best solutions possible.

To top it all off, her services are relatively more affordable than most lawyers we’ve talked to.

Bridgette’s office is accessible to both private and public vehicles. There’s also a dedicated parking area so you don’t have to park too far away for your consultation.

Clients appreciate how fast Bridgette is to conduct follow-ups. She makes sure to keep her clients in the loop at all times.

That way clients know what’s happening in their case every step of the way.

The only issue we have with attorney Williams is that she’s only available during certain hours of the week. This may make it hard for clients to book consultations.

That said, Bridgette is busy with a lot of other active cases. We take her limited availability as a sign of her reliability as an attorney.
