What we love about this company is its same-day service. Its contact numbers are very responsive and you won’t have a problem getting serviced within the next few hours.

Every detail of your bill is explained to you, so you can guarantee you’re not getting scammed. Clients haven’t had any problems with crazy markups on products or any shady practices to increase their bills. 

What clients have had problems with though, is how expensive the services are. They told us that simple repairs like broken door springs can go for at least half a thousand dollars!

Despite being a relatively small business, it’s risen to be among Dallas’ best thanks to its fast services. You can schedule same-day appointments even on holidays and a technician will get to your place in a matter of minutes.

A handful of clients told us that the technicians arrived just 15 minutes after calling. These guys are all known to be friendly and professional, making Xperts a popular choice with the locals.

You get free cost estimates during your inspections, which is something that’s pretty rare in the garage door business. If you’re skeptical about another company’s quotes and want to get a second opinion, Xperts is the one you want to get it from.

The technicians work very fast too, often finishing the job in less than 30 minutes. They’re friendly and eager to serve their clients, even the rude ones.

However, we do feel the need to let you know about what the company’s clients have told us. Most of its problems revolve around its pricing.

Though its services are cheaper than others, there were times when the technicians performed repairs without the client’s knowledge, therefore inflating the bill. 

Some technicians don’t give proper cost estimates either, so clients really only know what the final price is once all repairs have been made.
