LifeTalk is owned by Hannah Curtis, a master-certified life skills coach with a deep passion for mentoring and supporting young people. She has over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages. 

She coaches both children and adolescents, helping them develop life skills that traditional education often overlooks. This makes them more than ready to face the world outside school.

Her coaching sessions come in three formats: at her office or any location parents prefer, at a park or along a walking trail, and online.

Parents appreciate the session packages, which allow their child to attend up to nine sessions at a discounted rate.

But for us, what truly distinguishes her service is the concierge membership. It’s great for those who want unlimited virtual support throughout the month.

Just keep in mind that she doesn’t provide coaching for adults.

Ashley Shibab has been coaching men and women across the city since 2019, after quitting her full-time job and returning to school to become a certified life coach.

She offers one-on-one remote coaching for those with limited availability. Sessions are conducted via video call through a secure telehealth portal, providing a convenient way to connect. That said, she’s not the ideal coach if you prefer in-person conversations.

You can choose between weekly and biweekly options, depending on which you feel fits your lifestyle.

Most clients praise her for providing tailored assignments after each meeting that keep them moving forward between sessions. These may take the form of journal prompts or affirmations.

What’s Next Life Coaching was founded in 2011 by Penny Rackley, who enjoys guiding clients in defining their dreams, setting meaningful goals, and living with certainty and passion.

She offers one-on-one coaching for major life transitions, helping you create strategies tailored to your values and strengths to reach your ambitions. 

Her deep expertise in this niche has enabled her to accommodate a diverse range of clients, from college students and managers to divorcees and widows.

Aware that her target market comprises busy individuals, she provides virtual sessions as an alternative, which the clients we spoke to appreciated.

But for us, her skills aren’t suitable for children because they haven’t yet experienced the kind of significant life changes she specializes in.
