Riviera Spa is a highly recommended establishment with over 20 years of industry experience. They first opened in 1998 and have continued providing Dallas with high-quality, relaxing, and rejuvenating services over the years. 

They specialize in aesthetic procedures e.g., facials and body treatments. However, they also have healing services such as massages and therapeutic float tanks. 

Their variety and attention to service are what initially attracted us to their establishment. It was easy to book an appointment and the customer service agent was also quite helpful in finding us a solution for our needs.

Location is incredibly easy to navigate. They have a wide parking area, so it wasn’t too difficult to find a spot. 

There was some construction work during our visit, which made it a little tricky to pinpoint the spa. Once we did find it, we were impressed by how clean and inviting the environment was. 

A friendly receptionist greeted us by the door and led us to the waiting room. The chairs there were soft and comfortable – they even gave us a few magazines and pamphlets to read while we waited. 

We were led to a separate room where an esthetician evaluated our condition. They were very thorough with their assessment and asked us questions about our needs and expectations. 

The facial and massage we got were both amazing. The technician that handled our treatment seemed to have extensive experience with their services. 

They made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed during our session. 

Having said that, there were a few things that we didn’t enjoy during our trip to the spa. 

For one, it was a little noisy due to the construction work outside. This made it difficult to relax and focus on things besides the noise. 

Additionally, their prices are slightly on the expensive side of the spectrum. The 80-minutes wellness massage we got cost $145. 

That’s just not a price that most people would consider a “good deal.”

Who said drinks and a spa day didn’t go well together? Definitely not the people at Vivian’s Boutique Spa. 

Our experience with them was one for the books. It was more than relaxing – it was the most fun we had out of all the providers we’d visited. 

The location was accessible by both private and public vehicles. This made it easy for us to locate the spa and get parked. 

As soon as we walked through the door, the receptionist knew exactly who we were and what treatment we had booked. This made us feel welcomed and appreciated – which is something every spa should aspire to provide their customers. 

The pedicurist came out from the back and prepped us for our session. We were also given our drinks, which were DELICIOUS. 

We sat sipping on our glasses while the pedicurist went to work. They were very cheerful and lightheartedly chatted with us throughout the process. 

We appreciated this as it made us feel like we were friends. 

If you prefer silence during your session, you can always request this upon booking. The customer service agent will take note of your wishes and make sure they’re followed. 

Prices for services aren’t anywhere cheaper than most. However, considering the quality of the work you get, as well as the drinks, we found this to be a huge bargain. 

We should warn you that Vivian’s Boutique Spa works around a strange schedule. They have different hours for different days of the week, so it can be tricky to book an appointment. 

Spas are often associated with women – but men need a little pampering every now and then, too!  

Mara’s Med Spa recognizes this; which is why they offer several men only treatments that are both rejuvenating and effective.

They also have treatments exclusively for teens with skin problems and other conditions. Based on our evaluation, they’re one of the most capable and well-established med spas in the city. 

Booking their services was a breeze – we called their landline and the customer service agent that picked up made the appointment for us. Although, we tried to use their contact form before making the call. 

They never got back to us about our email, which is why we had to resort to their landline. 

For some clients, this situation can be a little inconvenient. Especially for those without a working landline. 

Since our needs weren’t as urgent, we didn’t mind the slight delay. Still, this situation might not fly well with other clients. 

In terms of pricing, this provider gives you your money’s worth through expert services. However, it can still be expensive for most people. 

Luckily, their technicians are well-versed in the different treatments and procedures. We especially appreciate how comfortable they made us feel during our visit. 

This spa is open from Monday to Sunday. However, their hours vary every day. 

It’s best to call them ahead of your visit to make sure that their open to receive you. 

Infinite Possibilities Spa is unlike the other establishments that we reviewed on this list. They have a much smaller space in a much tighter location. 

In our experience, they’re a great choice for those who are on a budget but still want to get high-quality services. We got a 60-minute deep tissue massage for only $90. 

Other providers would charge at least $110 to $130 for the same service and duration. 

Services are available by-appointment only. So, you have to call ahead of every visit to book a session. 

Otherwise, the owner – who is also the esthetician and massage therapist – won’t entertain you.

The place has a wide parking area, so you shouldn’t have any trouble parking your vehicle. The location is also quite near the main road, making it easier to locate, even for people who are unfamiliar with the area. 

Since the spa is smaller than most establishments we’ve visited, they didn’t have the typical facilities we’d see e.g., waiting area, receptionist area, etc. 

However, the place was still organized and clean like the rest of the providers we’d seen. 

The owner was very friendly and attentive. They didn’t hesitate to answer any of our questions. 

Plus, they customized a list of treatments we could use to treat different conditions. 

Our experience was comfortable and satisfying overall. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality services for a fraction of the usual price. 

If you’re looking for a one-stop-shop for all things spa-related, Grand Spa is a great choice. They offer a variety of services, such as massages, facials, coolsculpting, and hair treatments. 

They also sell a wide selection of skincare products and other items in their store.

The first thing that we like about this provider is that they offer clients BIG discounts, some up to 50% off. We were lucky enough to enjoy such a discount during our visit, care of their “Spa Week” program. 

However, if we were to look at their normal prices, they aren’t exactly the cheapest providers around. 

Regardless, they do have some great people working for them. Based on our experience, their technicians are exceptionally talented at what they do. 

They made sure that we got the services that we needed. Furthermore, we felt relaxed and comfortable all throughout the sessions. 

We appreciated how informative the esthetician was during our evaluation. They gave us details about a variety of skin and muscle issues. 

We found our session both enjoyable and enlightening. 

It was a little tricky to book an appointment with them initially. Their landline was busy and they took almost an entire day to get back to us via email. 

Grand Spa would do good by improving their customer service. We’ve received a ton of complaints from previous clients during our surveys about canceled or unrecorded appointments.
