Peaceful Setting with Fresh Vegetarian Food

A Tranquil, Soul-Nourishing Experience Kalachandji’s is truly a hidden gem in Dallas. The moment you step in, you’re transported to a peaceful, spiritual haven with its beautiful temple and serene courtyard. The buffet is a delightful mix of freshly prepared, vegetarian dishes bursting with authentic flavors. I loved the variety, from the hearty curries to the fresh salads, all seasoned with love and tradition. The staff is warm and welcoming, adding to the overall calming atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a healthy, soulful meal. Highly recommended for anyone seeking wholesome, flavorful food in a tranquil setting!

A Healthy Vegetarian Hidden Gem

Wow! This is an awesome hidden gem for anyone who want a healthy and delicious meal. Tucked away from the road, you won’t find it by accident. But once you do you’ll never forget it. An amazing buffet of lacto-vegetarian entrees, you can’t beat the value or the taste. The samosas are huge, the curries mouthwatering, the salads fresh, but the bread… OMG get the bread. Who needs dessert when they serve this insane house bread that you’ll eat way too much of. Kalachandji is our new go to in the DFW area.

2. bellagreen

bellagreen

Website:https://bellagreen.com/

Address: 8041 Walnut Hill Ln, Ste 810

Contact: [email protected] | 972-639-5164

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Friday, 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM | Saturday, 8:30 AM – 10:00 PM | Sunday, 8:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Finding a spot that accommodates mixed dietary needs often feels impossible. Thankfully, bellagreen serves up chef-prepared meals entirely from scratch, making it incredibly easy to customize your order.

You can easily filter their extensive menu for gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian options before you even walk in the door.

I recently spoke with a friend who loves their flexible protein add-ons, mentioning how simple it is to throw grilled shrimp or tofu onto a fresh salad.

You aren’t just limited to greens, either. They offer fantastic balanced plates like Paleo spaghetti squash bolognese and grilled salmon with sweet potatoes.

If you happen to have celiac disease, you should exercise a bit of caution here. The kitchen handles gluten, so cross-contamination remains a slight possibility despite their careful preparation.

Also, certain gluten-free substitutions like pizza dough or buns will add a small surcharge to your final bill.

Pros

  • Scratch-made menu with clear dietary filters
  • Creative dishes like Paleo spaghetti squash
  • Flexible protein add-ons for salads
  • Balanced entrées with wholesome sides

Cons

  • Cross-contamination risks exist for celiac diners
  • Extra charges apply for gluten-free breads and crusts

Fresh, Healthy Food with Welcoming Service

The food was flavorful, fresh, and there were plenty of healthy choices available, which I really appreciated. Everyone working here was polite, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly during our meal. The manager was welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt clean, calm, and inviting. It’s a reliable place for a great brunch, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for quality food and service.

Great Variety for Dietary Restrictions

I recently moved to the Dallas area, and had been looking for a healthy restaurant that could accommodate my current dietary restrictions. I was blown away by the options and variety of foods offered. I’ve gone at least 3-4 times already and have been very pleased with the quality and quickness of the service from the restaurant. Fresh food, healthy and delicious. I highly recommend giving this place a visit. One small thing I’d like to see in the future is a note of calories per meal!

3. Flower Child

Address: 2101 Cedar Springs Road, Suite R100

Contact: (469) 904-6310

Hours: Monday-Sunday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Finding a light, veggie-forward meal can sometimes be tough if you normally frequent heavier Asian restaurants in Dallas

However, Flower Child takes the stress out of dining out by offering a menu specifically built around varying dietary needs. They clearly identify every vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free item while providing fully downloadable nutrition information.

You have total control over your plate with their build-your-own entrées. Pair a clean protein like steak, salmon, or tofu with nutrient-dense sides such as sweet potato noodles and cauliflower rice.

Their veggie-forward approach ensures you always leave feeling full and fueled.

While the food tastes incredibly fresh, diners with severe allergies need to know this isn’t a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

You can also expect your bill to climb fairly quickly if you start adding premium proteins or swapping pita for raw veggies. But if you factor in those extra costs, you can still enjoy a fantastic, customized meal.

Pros

  • Accessible nutrition facts and dietary labels
  • Customizable plates with diverse proteins
  • Huge variety of vegetable and grain bases
  • Plant-based protein options like tofu and falafel

Flavorful Healthy Bowls in a Stylish Setting

Wow, the food, the restaurant’s aesthetic, and the service are all amazing. The staff is very helpful and patient while I decide from their excellent menu. My top dish is their enchilada bowl; it’s incredibly delicious. If you’re looking for a healthy restaurant; this is a great choice.

Standout Vegan Dishes with Calorie Information

Amazing restaurant! The “Mother Earth Bowl” and the “Cauliflower Risotto” were the most flavorful vegan dishes I have ever had in a restaurant! Everything on the menu is delicious, whole food, healthy and nourishing. As an added bonus they have calories of all the dishes on their menu and on online applications like cronometer! Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Since this is a fast-casual joint, you won’t find a sprawling menu of hot, plated entrées here.

  • High-protein wraps using low-net-carb tortillas
  • Protein-heavy smoothies with whey or pea options

Flavorful Vegan Options in a Great Location

WONDERFUL vegan options. I was craving something “healthy” after a night out and fried foods for dinner. This place really went beyond my expectations. Although the dishes were healthy they were not bland. So much flavor in the dishes. My gf was whining at first about not wanting healthy food but once she tried it we ended up going two days in a row lol. Refreshing and delicious. Also, the location is in this absolutely adorable walkable neighborhood and the patio is such a cute vibe. We’re from out of town but..Can’t wait to go here again!

Healthy Plant-Based Choices with a Relaxed Vibe

A good number of healthy plant based options without the vegan vibe. Just good healthy food. Jamie and Tori took great care of us.  Everything they recommend was great. Relaxed environment.  Quiet.  Healthy original alcoholic beverages were so unique and amazing. Great conservation and left feeling healthier than I came in.  Get the health insurance shot!
