But what we love most is that their software is strategically designed to handle increased workloads. It can manage more employees, data, or transactions without sacrificing performance, quality, or requiring a complete structural overhaul.

Their commitment to accessibility extends beyond their customer service. Several clients praised the firm for not using phone trees. A real human will answer when you call, not an automated menu system.

Some people, however, reported that the person who answered the call hung up while they were still speaking.
