According to its staff, the delivery period depends on where you live but typically takes one to two business days. But overall, there’s never been any mix-ups with the deliveries.

One thing we didn’t like, however, was the lack of other services. This store is purely about mattresses and doesn’t offer much else, but that means you’re getting quality in return.

The price point is also quite cheap. Compared to its competitors, Mattress Outlet’s mattresses cost 10% less, and it even occasionally offers discounts and holds sales.

We managed to get a hold of one of its agents and we were surprised by how professional yet personable the call was. The agent was willing to answer all our questions, and you can tell there was a standard under which the company works.

Lastly, almost all of the customers we talked to commended the delivery system. They said the deliveries arrived within one to two business days — one even mentioned getting their mattress the same day!

However, the company does suffer from different drawbacks, one of which is the lack of options for mattresses.

Another note worthy of a demerit is the fact that it doesn’t offer additional services. The store focuses on selling mattresses and nothing more.
