We were impressed by this company’s dedication to transparency and communication. In fact, in our surveys, clients regularly commended them for their consistent updates and detailed reports.

Finding reliable and timely property management services is tricky. Luckily, with Ashoka Lion, all your problems go out the window since the company tends to provide clients with high-quality and convenient assistance, from what we’ve seen. 

Booking their services is a breeze, especially through their online booking platform. Still, for those who wish to speak to someone personally, you’re free to call the company over the phone. 

In our experience, their landlines can get busy, especially during the first half of the weekday. To catch someone on the phone, make sure to time your call right. 

We must warn you that Ashoka Lion has strict application criteria. If you want to work with the company, ensure that you comply with each requirement. 

Furthermore, have a budget set aside for their services as they don’t come as cheap as the other providers on this list.

Based on our evaluation, most of their clients love them for their innovative ideas, streamlined systems, and accessible customer support services. 

Being truthful and transparent about your operations is a great way to put your clients’ worries at ease. This is why we admire how straightforward and honest Presidium employees are, especially when it comes to matters relating to their services. 

They were open to answering any of our questions and even gave us a collection of helpful insights that allowed us to make better choices with our investments. 

Prices can be a little overwhelming when you’re working with Presidium. So, we don’t recommend their services to anyone that’s only starting in the market.
