What really impressed us was the 24/7 access to your unit, which not all companies offer. This gives you the freedom to drop off or retrieve your belongings at your convenience.

Our only concern is the reported increase in rental fees without prior notice.

We love how they incorporate several security features in their facilities, including fully fenced storage areas and 24/7 digital recording systems. These components not only protect your property but also help you feel safe whenever you visit.

Clients we spoke to appreciated that the company doesn’t charge security deposits, unlike some of their competitors. However, some customers have reported that the team sometimes fails to respond to emails or answer calls.

But for us, what sets them apart is their partnership with LUGG, a moving company. This makes them a one-stop solution for relocating your property.

The only drawback we noticed is the relatively short access hours for their facilities, which are from 9 AM to 6 PM (10 AM to 5 PM on Sundays).

The selection of storage spaces here is vast, including units for moving, business, vehicle, and boat storage—perfect for both residential and commercial use.

What really caught our attention was their mobile app, which enables you to access your unit remotely. You can open your unit’s gates and doors through the app to let someone retrieve your belongings if you can’t visit in person.

That said, clients we interviewed said the company doesn’t address customer inquiries and concerns on Sundays.

But what most clients love about the company is their in-house storage protection plan, which eliminates the hassle of finding third-party insurance on your own. The policy covers property loss caused by natural disasters and burglary.

Even so, every business has its weak points, and we believe theirs is being unavailable on Sundays.
